So, the UNITED STATES EMBASSY in Haiti has decided that they want to be the ones to give DNA tests, according to the latest adoption news, found here.
The catch? They aren't SET UP to give DNA Tests.
They don't know WHEN they'll be set up to give DNA Tests.
Our receipts are waiting in Haiti at our agency, waiting for an appointment with the Embassy to take Joshua in for a quick swab of the mouth.
It's really exhausting. I'm just so tired of the hiccups and the hang ups and the little things that add up to be more waiting. More. Waiting. Why does this have to be so complicated all of the time??
