It's been a bit since my last post. School's picking up and we've had lots to do on top of that! So, I'll play catchup with this post, for those that like to see what we're up to :~) Cousin Abbie had a birthday at one of those blow-up playlands. Great fun.
Yesterday, we went on our first field trip of the year: Angel Mounds in Indiana. We'll be studying more and more Native Americans this year in American history, so it was a pretty cool field trip. the mounds

Daniel participated in the flint knapping class and made 'knives' sharp enough to cut steak...he's begging for me to make steak so he can try it.

I'll try to get more humorous, fun pictures up on my facebook. We received more pictures of Joshua this week, along with some good news about his biological brother, Lou. Lou's visa appointment is TOMORROW! Then he can come home!! Please pray that all goes well and Lou's travel home is peaceful and his adjustment blessed! I can't WAIT to see him!
