All I had was that cheap, runny gel icing. I should have had them write it on the cake in the supermarket. But I wasn't really thinking of such things. I had to improvise. Can you read it?

ADIOS, IBESR!!!!!
Today, we were informed that our file has exited IBESR. After just over a full year in Haitian social services, we are finally approved to adopt Joshua Steven.
I'll explain more later.
Right now, we're just rejoicing.
Thank you Lord, for this kind providence in our lives. We are most unworthy and we confess to YOU that no matter what happens in the future, YOU are good. You are kind. You are the father to the fatherless and you have Joshua in your hands. We pray tonight for those that still wait. And wait. May our good news bring them hope in a desperate system of uncertainty. God speed now. More than ever. Bring these babies home.
