Weekend Plans, Computer Hiatus

Ok, we have plans this weekend. That is very, very good. I'm so glad that the Lord is filling up my days JUST when I need him too. He knows my obsessive, compulsive personality. I need to "step away from the computer." There's nothing to see. No pictures of my son to post. No reports of him to read over and over again. I am trying to speak as a realist to myself. It could be this way indefinitely. 18 months, give or take is a long time. I'm having a very sick to my stomach feeling over it at this very moment, so it's time for me to utilize my own advice and do the next thing.

So, today we're gonna hit the pool. That will be refreshing. I have some work I need to finish up with. Then, tomorrow, we're dropping the children off with their great grandparents for the night, which they are major excited about, and Steve and I are off to Nashville. Basically, we're hanging out in Nashville, walking the big Opryland Mall and Hotel over. We're definitely NOT staying at the Hotel...way expensive. But, I like to just walk through...it's so beautiful. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with my fella! He's been working a lot at his new job, lots of hours (helpful with the adoption, but we miss him) It's sort of for our anniversary, which is August 7th.

I'll be happy to be away from the computer for a bit. I am having a VERY strong desire to see Joshua's face again. That combined with the knowledge that technically I should see his face again soon, the monthly report is due to come at the end of the month, it's making me CRAZY. Plus, I'm trying not to worry about the whole process in general. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

Soooo, off I go! I'll be back Monday to cheer Angela's travels on! By the way, our fundraiser meeting went well, and now we're focused on printing tickets so we can begin selling them :~)
