We have received, according to our orphanage director, our presidential waiver.
We are still in IBESR. We hope to be out very soon. The presidential waiver is a pretty big hurdle.
We needed the presidential waiver because we have biological children and we're under 35.
Our home is rejoicing tonight.

Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a huge hurdle so hopefully they will kick you out of IBESR soon. Hallelujah!

Woohoo!! That is wonderful news!! Our O told us that we wouldn't hear anything until after we were out....not if we got the waiver. Thank you for sharing....at least we know things are moving, and I am so happy for you and your family! =)
