Need a quick, easy menu? I do, after the week I've had! We're still recovering, but I think we'll make it.
I filed my taxes today. It will all be socked back, but it's good to have it filed and know that it'll be heading toward my bank account soon.
Other than a quick trip to Walmart, that's all I accomplished today. I'm working on supper right now and it smells delish. I grabbed the recipe off of a nifty blog called

Tonight, I'm making Bama Sandwiches and boy is it easy~peasy. Go getcha some.

Ooh, thanks for the link to the yummy recipes. I have been craving a BBQ pork sandwich with a big scoop of coleslaw on top all day. Yummy!
I think you may know this already, but I am only a northern transplant. I'm a true southern girl at heart.
