It was quite entertaining! Even spectacular!!!! And DEFINITELY a surprise!!!!!!!How we told them:
We walked into the big center where it was and Steve and I said at the same exact time: You can't go to the CIRCUS without cotton candy!!!!
So, I walked up to the vendor like any good mother and ordered two cotton candies in nifty little hats. "That will be $24.00 ma'am." **GULP** We won't even talk about the popcorn and drinks. RIDICULOUS. But I digress.The Pre-Show:
Before the show there was an hour where we could go down to the arena and interact with clowns, stuntmen, and try on circus garb. It was fun!
The Main Event:There were tigers, elephants, horses, dogs, goats, sky artists, a motorcycle on a highwire, tricks, songs, explosions of confetti, trapeze artists, tons of clowns, people hanging from hoops, sashes, and swinging sticks, 7 motorcyclists in a steel deathtrap (uh...I mean cage)....all kinds of fun stuff! I ordered the tickets a month in advance and I asked for the best tickets in our price range (like the second cheapest) and we got EXCELLENT seats! Like 5 rows from the floor seats! I was shocked! The highwire motorcyclist was right over our heads!!!
Avery enjoying her pricey cotton candy...she better enjoy it...and pass it around!!
Daniel had to fight a sinus infection on our trip. Thankfully, his medicine kicked in so that he could enjoy it, though for a bit of it he seemed dazed and confused, poor kid. He still had a good time. 
Overall, a great winter memory! I'm glad we went. It was a blast!

Looks like you all had a BLAST! We went last year and our seats were near the ceiling! We couldn't see anything! I agree, too. The popcorn, drinks, souveniers are outrageous. Glad you had good family fun!
Finally!! I was wondering if you were ever gonna post some pictures. Memaw sent me some cute ones that she made when ya'll came back by her house. Ya'll looked tired but the kids looked energized...LOL!
