Smorgasbord

• UPDATE: My adoption cordinator just emailed me. The power of attorney and 171-H was sent to Dr. B. today and she's inquiring about the lab results, hopefully we'll have them soon.
• Had a productive weekend...getting ready for a sweet little girl's birthday...some surprises up my sleeve.
• Good Father' s Day...I've married a great man...so great that he's grilled the past two Father's Day, and something always seems to go wrong...last year it was toooo much food and he stood at the grill the whole time...this year the fuel ran out and he had to make a run for more fuel. I've informed him that next year, I'm taking him OUT.
• VBS this week at a local church for my kiddos. They are LOVING it. I'm so glad! I loved VBS when I was a kiddo. They are telling me all about it. Songs, crafts, games, and the lesson!
• VBS is freeing up some "mommy time!" I'm actually home alone right now! I think I'll jump in the shower and then run some errands. I had a great step aerobic class this morning. Pheww!
• No news on Baby Boy. It's hard not to wonder if something's wrong or whatever. This no communication thing is very difficult. I guess I should just use it as a primer for what life will be like for the next year or so. God's definitely calling me further up and in with this particular adoption agenda.
• Speaking of God's agenda, our church is hosting a missions conference. They've created this promo video. Convicting!
