Since our stuff arrived at the Haitian Embassy. I'm a bit ansy. It's amazing how long a week can feel. I just want to see some action on the Fedex site soooo badly. That would mean all we need to do is turn our dossier in and we'd be FINISHED with this hurdle. Found this picture on-line...it says it's the Washington, D.C. Haitian Embassy. Hmmm.

Had a great Mother's Day! The kids love to pick out cards for me. I usually always get a Snoopy card. They LOVE giving me Snoopy cards. They know I love Snoopy. They got me a "to go" coffee mug this year but it's a French Press coffee mug! I can make myself a cup and go. :~) Very cool! Also my favorite coffee, ground to perfection.
We went to E'ville for a yummylicious meal at the Acropolis. It's a Greek restaurant. My first time to eat there, but it was DELISH! We had this melted feta, oil, & tomato dip with fresh pita, then I had a gyro platter and a Greek salad...oi, it was delish! I'm definitely a fan of Greek food!! YUM!
Made some moolah at the yard sale. Yay!
Steve took D camping Friday night. They were so excited, and they had a GREAT time out in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed watching A's best friend graduate from Kindergarten Friday night, and then her oldest sister graduate from high school Saturday night. That was fun.
So, we had a very busy weekend. Enough to distract me. Besides the embassy isn't open on the weekends. At least I assume that. So, back to wondering and obsessively checking the Fedex tracking number.

About the PH Fundraiser... you can always have the Pizza Hut Night and if its not as successful as you hoped, you can sell cards :) That way, if the night IS successful, which I think it WOULD be, then you wouldnt have to mess with the cards :)
I hope you get the news you need soon!
Sounds like you had a great weekend too!
Love YOU!♥
